  • Our vision on absenteeism

    Absenteeism is often approached from a medical point of view: an employee is ill and needs to be better soon. We believe that absence is not only caused by illness but largely caused by other factors.
    The atmosphere at work, the relationship with the manager and / or colleagues, the employees’ private life, difficulty with indicating the problem, those are factors that make the difference in whether or not you feel good.

  • Mutual responsibility

    Employee, manager and organization have their own responsibilities in the development and tackling absenteeism. Support is sometimes required, and thereby effectively. We offer support and also carry out work, but always with the idea that the organization is responsible and has control that must be preserved.

  • Healthy approach

    The proper approach to absenteeism is to facilitate employee and manager to a healthy interaction. The result: less absenteeism, better cooperation and greater involvement. In other words: more Cohesion in the organization!
